Education: Currently I am finalizing my North American Menopause Society training - which means I have all the evidence and knowledge to support this transition.
I attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, graduating with a Naturopathic Doctorate Degree. Prior to my medical training, I studied Human Kinetics and Nutrition at the University of Guelph.
Out of the office: When I’m not wellness warrior-ing, I’m out adventuring with my awesome kids and awesome partner! We are often found building epic forts, LEGO-ing, or out wilding in the woods.
